CONFERENCE CALL TRAINING

We recommend a series of nine 60-minute conference call trainings based primarily on each chapter of Jim Craig’s highly successful business book, "Gold Medal Strategies: Business Lessons From America’s Miracle Team.” 

Jim & the GMS team will prepare your team through a mix of pre-reads from the book, customized pre-work questionnaires & hand-picked video clips from the movie “Miracle” and the HBO Miracle Documentary, which each relate to a specific leadership theme. After each training the GMS team will follow up to review the session and continue customizing the next call! Together with you we will ensure the topic & theme selected fit seamlessly with your overall business objective. The goal of this series is to:
